Fire Roads Sauvignon Blanc is stylishly crafted by award winning winemaker Simon Waghorn of Whitehaven and Astrolabe fame.

Vineyard information: 

The vines were planted in 2002 and are trained four canes on a vertical trellis with balanced pruning shoot thinning tucking and trimming to achieve an open healthy canopy.

Summer salads poultry seafood and a good Thai curry.

Tasting Note: 

Light straw with lemon and lime tones it has a vibrant currant leaf and gooseberry aroma with some pungent herbaceous nuances and a hint of ripe citrus. It is full flavoured medium bodied with abundant currant and gooseberry flavours and a clean lingering finish.
